End-to-end tuning engine
Your vehicle specs feed table generation, tune checks and autotune.
efi2000 stores your engine, injector, fuel and induction specs in the project and uses them in every tuning tool. Generated tables, tune checks and autotune corrections all work from the same numbers, so they agree with each other and with your hardware.
Vehicle specs drive the tools
Displacement, powerband, injector flow, fuel, boost range and your own limits are entered once in Vehicle properties. A value you leave blank stays unknown, and any check that needs it says so.
Whole-tune checks
VE, AFR target and spark tables are checked together over the same idle, cruise, full-load, boost and overrun regions. Autotune uses the same checks and holds any correction that would add a new safety finding.
Writing to the ECU
Changes are applied to the tune in the app first. Writing to ECU RAM and burning to permanent memory are separate actions. With auto-write on, edits go to ECU RAM as you make them. The Compatibility page lists which ECU families have been verified on hardware.
Example
You fit larger injectors and update the flow rate in Vehicle properties. The injector duty check and the table generator use the new flow rate the next time they run, without you changing anything else.
The problem it solves
In most setups the injector calculator, the base map and the log analysis are separate tools, and nothing tells you when a table no longer matches the hardware. efi2000 checks the tune against the specs you entered every time.
